Do I have to pay to try it?
No. You create an account, upload products and see the whole thing working on your own catalogue, with no card at all. The subscription is for following your whole catalogue, in every country.
Which countries does it work in?
All of Europe. We follow your product in every country where it is on sale, not only your own.
How often do you check the prices?
Every hour, every day, in each marketplace where your product is listed. We keep the history, so you see not only where you stand now but what changed and when.
Does it need a technical connection to my shop?
No. You upload a sheet with your products and start. We ask for access to nothing of yours.
Are the suggested prices applied automatically?
No. Nothing changes unless you say so. You see the list, you decide, and you apply it when you want.
What if the market is below my cost?
We tell you. The suggestion never drops below the minimum margin you set, even when that means not following the market.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, without talking to anybody. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
Who else sees my data?
